Po Velykų, nuo balandžio mėn. 8-osios, didesnieji, XL, XXL ir „Hyper“ formato „Norfa“ prekybos centrai sekmadieniais dirbs 2–3 valandomis trumpiau.

Šios parduotuvės dirbs nuo 9.00 iki 21.00 val. (šiuo metu dirba nuo 7.00 ar 8.00 iki 22.00 val.), o mažesniųjų, S ir L formato parduotuvių, kurių yra 19 iš 144 dabar veikiančių „Norfų“, darbo laikas sutrumpės dar labiau: jos dirbs nuo 9.00 iki 16.00 val., rašoma pranešime spaudai.

Kodėl trumpinamas darbo laikas?

„Darbo laikas trumpinamas dėl kelių priežasčių. Prekybos alkoholiu apribojimas paveikė parduotuves, ypač rajonuose. Sumažėjo pirkėjų srautas sekmadieniais, todėl į besikeičiančią situaciją reaguojama. Be to, „Norfos“ savininkai įsitikinę, kad prekyba šventinėmis ir poilsio dienomis turėtų būti ribojama“, – paaiškinama pranešime.

Taip pat pranešime rašoma, kad diskusijos apie prekybininkų darbą šventinėmis ar poilsio dienomis kilo ne kartą.

Praėjusių metų pabaigoje „Norfos mažmenos“ valdybos pirmininkas ir įmonių grupės savininkas Dainius Dundulis pasiūlė idėją Lietuvai – neleisti prekybininkams dirbi sekmadieniais, ir apriboti jų darbo laiką įstatymu.

„Turime išleisti įstatymą, kuris uždraustų sekmadienį prekybininkams dirbti, arba sutrumpinti darbo valandas iki kokios 15 val. Išleidžiame įstatymą ir žiūrime, kas toliau. Jei matysime, kad blogai – atsitraukiame, ir nieko čia baisaus“, – sakė jis.

„Norfos mažmenos“ vadovai mano, kad sekmadieniais žmonės turėtų ilsėtis, o ne pirkti ar parduoti.

Nutraukti prekybą sekmadieniais „Norfa“ negali, nes būtų nukonkuruota rinkoje kitų prekybos tinklų, paaiškina bendrovė.
